This is a young wine with its own personality thanks to the unique character developed by the grapes in the Hoya de Torres Valley, at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level, and the exceptional virtues of the fruit of the old Monastrell Pie Franco vines with which it is made.

Elaboration and aging
- Vinification: After destemming the grapes, the vinification process is carried out in stainless steel tanks for 15 days with a maximum temperature of 26ºC.
- Aging: Once the maceration-fermentation process is completed, the wine is bottled for natural aging.
Pairing
- Traditional: Añojo chop, angus picaña, suckling pig,…
- Vegan: stews with tempeh or seitan, vegan meatballs, stewed beans or vegetable sobrassada.
Storage
It is essential that the cork remains moist, which is why it needs to be in contact with the wine, hence the need for it to be stored in a horizontal position.
