Shipping conditions.
Viñedos y Bodegas Xenysel sends its products to Peninsular Spain and Portugal. Any other destination, please contact us directly by mail or by phone.
Being the weight of a box of 6 Bottles = 9 kgs and the weight of a box of 12 Bottles = 18 kgs, the shipping costs at www.bodegasxenysel.com will be automatically calculated up to a weight limit as shown below: costs shipping up to 100 kg.
If the weight of your order exceeds that indicated above according to the registration area, the following message will appear: “There are no companies available to deliver to this address!” and therefore you will not be able to finalize your purchase. In this case, for larger orders, we ask you to consult other shipping conditions by writing an email to info@xenysel.com
Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer and will be calculated according to the destination and the number of products purchased. The shipping costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and the buyer will have the opportunity to review these costs before finalizing their purchase.

Returns and Refunds.
Returned products can only be exchanged or refunded if they are defective or have been damaged in transit. In this case the shipping costs to make the change will be paid by Bodegas Xenysel. We will send a courier to pick up the goods at the delivery address. The product must be sent in its original packaging and enclose the purchase receipt or email if not.
