Calzás Organic Crianza Red Wine with PDO Jumilla produced by Bodegas Xenysel Cellars. This is a red wine with an intense cherry color, violet hues, complex and well structured, aromas of ripe fruit, roasted and smoky notes, noble tannins of very ripe fruit that show their potential in the bottle.

This wine is made from the harvest of our Finca de las Calzás. It is a vineyard located at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level, with stone walls to correct its unevenness. Pie Franco grapes selected from a single vineyard.
Elaboration and aging
- Vinification: After destemming the grapes, the vinification process is carried out in stainless steel tanks for 15 days with a maximum temperature of 26ºC.
- Aging: Once the maceration-fermentation process is completed, this wine is aged in new French oak for malolactic fermentation.
Pairing
- Traditional: Añojo chop, angus picaña, suckling pig,…
- Vegan: stews with tempeh or seitan, vegan meatballs, stewed beans or vegetable sobrassada.
Storage
It is essential that the cork remains moist, which is why it needs to be in contact with the wine, hence the need for it to be stored in a horizontal position.
